I just paid $25 for a loincloth.
Allow me to explain... In the show I'm currently working on, all of the male leads at some point appear on stage in their underwear, thus we were all told to buy dance belts in order to avoid any embarassing "exposure" to the audience. For those unfamiliar with dance belts, they consist of a long piece of elastic and a small padded piece of fabric to cover the man's "junk." I would expect something like this to cost between $8 and $12. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the dance store to discover that they cost $25. Think about the emormous profit considering they must cost around 20 cents to manufacture.
Maybe if this singing thing doesn't work out, I'll look at getting into the dance belt racket...

I'm sure the dance belt would pay for itself if you wore it while spelling out your name with your ass at bachelorette parties and various gay events...
